Cowart and his wife Belinda, Matthews, NC two step-sons, Harold Duncan, Jr. Survivors include one daughter, Sandra Kay Duncan, Waycross one son, Tony D. granddaughter, Kelly Hagin sister, Evelyn Collins brother, Harold Collins. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Hank Duncan, Sr. She was a Pink Lady at Satilla Regional Medical Center Auxillary for fifteen years and was a homemaker. Duncan was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and was a Relief Society Visiting Teacher. She was born in Waycross to the late John and Hattie Mae Boatright Collins and lived here most of her life.
